Dr. Andy Cooper

Andy has worked in the market data industry for twenty years; his career spanning software design, marketing, training and HR. He has worked for LIFFE as a systems programmer; for Risk Waters Group (now Incisive Media PLC) as Director of Training; for the former Reuters as a marketing executive and Head of Learning; and for Thomson Reuters as Head of Talent. He has also run an independent training consultancy for over twelve years, designing and presenting training on all aspects of market data and trading technology.

Andy has extensive e-learning experience including the use of virtual worlds for learning and coaching. He is a Certified Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a Fellow of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning.
