Ed Geoffrion

Senior Vice President

Ed Geoffrion has thirty years experience in training, operations and trading for major financial institutions. He is Senior Vice President of JCV, and has been involved in most of the major projects the company has undertaken. Ed was the project manager for the MassMutual Insurance Company’s trading floor installation, actively participated in the installation of a Risk Management system at a major energy market and trading firm, and has been instrumental in the development of the auditing programs at JCV. Since 1999, Mr. Geoffrion, a certified DACS instructor, has been conducting audits for JCV throughout the Americas and Europe. Ed developed training manuals and other course materials for new software versions of Reuters Terminal and Graphics and provided training courses to hundreds of Reuters employees and customers.

Mr. Geoffrion worked in the back office for 13 years then became director of lending/reverse repo trading operations for The Travelers Insurance Company for nine years. While at The Travelers Ed managed the transition from manual to computer-based operating systems for many of the reporting requirements of trading operations. Ed served as President of the Securities Lending Organization.

A veteran of the Vietnam War, Ed is active in numerous charitable organizations.
