Philip J. Wasilausky

General Counsel

Phil Wasilausky has been general counsel of JCV since 2005. He is a 1970 graduate of Tufts University and a 1973 graduate of the Washington & Lee University School of Law in Virginia.

Admitted to the New York State Bar in October of 1974, Phil has spent 31 years as a career prosecutor in Nassau County, New York. During that time he was Unit Chief of the Criminal Complaint Unit. He has conducted numerous trials, specializing in white collar and business crime; and assisted in countless investigations during his public career.

Phil provides general legal services to JCV as well as conducting audits. His unique set of skills and experience provide a critical advantage during the entire audit process; from notification letters, through on-site perceptions, to liability resolution. He is currently serving on the FISD Anti-Piracy Working Group.
